I have a problem with my residential roofing shingles.. I just replaced them a year and a half ago but then it seems that they are rotting or decomposing fast. I have a tree near our house is it possible that the tree is the contributing factor?

I agree totally. The asphalt shingle roofing material should be considered but the choice of a professional contractor is far more important. I import asphalt shingles into Australia and asphalt shingles are still a relatively new product. Some of the installations by backyard DIY'ers would make your skin crawl.
Regards,
Richard.

Hi Elena,

To buy roofing shingles wholesale, your best bet is to contact local roofing suppliers - you can always negotiate roofing prices with them.

Good luck

I am looking for a t-lock or a three tab that would match a red with white spec asphalt shingle.

I am doing our home and have people who do roofing. I just need to buy the supplies. and our roof is leaking. we have had unfortunate bad luck this year with our home with so many repairs and on a budget. I am a designer have a retail permit no. could I purchase the shingles at wholesale prices? I am looking for black and a good warranty.
